Barnhart Crane and Rigging Reviews

What is it like working at Barnhart Crane and Rigging?

Technical Sales Representative (TSR):
Very inventive company and I got to be part of some very cool projects. Culture changes branch to branch, but the consistent part of the culture is the maximize ROC. Thriftiness is valued over making employees feel appreciated. There is magic in Barnhart, but you have to work at the corporate office to feel it. Raises are rare, salaries are stagnant. They will pay you what your position is with in your area (cost of wages) rather than what it costs to live there (cost of living). Not a world class company or an employer of choice, yet. If they work on retaining talent before the employee quits to another job, then retention will increase and the company will be great. You will learn a lot in this company, but you likely won’t work there longer than 3 years.
