Autonomy.

Eh.
Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist in Shiloh:
Pros: My schedule
Cons: Unnecessary exams frequently requiring patients to come down at 3am for routine exams. Lack of ability to move up. Lack of respect for essential employees. Terrible raises. It doesn't matter how hard you work your raise is the same as everyone else. Low staff no help.
The benefits are great, however the work culture and morale can be better.

Love hospital staff. Highly undervalued and underpaid in comparison to the area. New leadership is questionable.Hospital turnover is excessive and morale is at an all time low. Healthcare management is easily replaceable without work life balance.
