Pros: Assuring my patients that they are in wonderful hands and that we want the best outcome for them. I pray with my patients and help relieve some of their anxieties
Cons: I am doing the job of two people and being paid for one and my boss does not see all the work that I do but my coworkers see and know everything that I do.
