It is busy, stressful, rewarding and at times frustrating. I have worked there for 12+ years and never had a single raise. My reviews are excellent and my productivity is consistently in the top 3 of my department. My pay is not competitive with the job market. I feel under valued & taken for granted.
Stressful to get everything done quickly.
