Pros: I enjoy having a flexible schedule. I enjoy home health because commuting is fast.
Cons: I have limited experience even though I have worked there for 4.5 years. I haven't been given a chance to gain broader experience.
Pay sucks. Often unappreciated .

Cons: Poor management. Too much turnover. Case managers are terrible and talk down to you. They forget the field nurses are the backbone to the company. Our compensation is very poor, especially after working through the height of the pandemic
