Challenging and Fulfilling.

Pros: I feel supported by staff, empowered to problem solve on my own, my clients challenge me in unique ways, and I know I'm growing as a behavior technician as a result.
Cons: Cost of living in my area is high and ALP hasn't met it. I'm staying for the people and clients, but if my financial situation was different, I'd have to leave for higher pay

Cons: Not being known of our companys procedures and knowing any coworkers.

Cons: Compensation's are lower than the market rate, high turnover rate with minimal effort for support staff level retention, frequent organizational changes that causes overwhelming amount of tasks, job fulfillment.
