Aurora Health Care, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Aurora Health Care, Inc.?

Towards Better Health Outcomes.
Data Analyst in Milwaukee:
Pros: Flexibility, work from home, autonomy
Cons: Vague business requests, being asked for work/information/data I can’t provide.
Administrative Assistant in Sheboygan:
Pros: My hours can be flexible. I am not micromanaged.
Cons: Management is terrible. Pay is terrible. No way to advance. Raises are not based on performance only on how your supervisor feels about you. Lots of favoring with employees. Lots of employees getting away with stuff they shouldn't be. Don't get sick or need surgery, trying to get FMLA is a joke. They have certain goals a department needs to meet in order to receive a raise. If you don't complete your goals you don't get a raise. Some of the goals are unobtainable. I would never recommend someone work for this company.
Stressfully, exhausting, harassed, pressured.
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant in Kenosha:
Pros: Patients
Cons: Administration, co-workers snitch
Content Strategist:
Keep in mind, we're going through a merger. It's not great right now. Management is a total joke. The culture is forced and dated. Benefits did get better though. Compensation is good for a nonprofit.
My Dream Job.
Registered Nurse (RN):
Pros: I love the work environment at Aurora. The administration team do an excellent job of treating everybody fair and with respect. It provides a happy healthy work environment which I can pass down to my patients.
Cons: I feel the pay is low, the hours are not the best and working holidays is disappointing in a clinical setting.
