Aultman Hospital Reviews

What is it like working at Aultman Hospital?

It’s challenging every day. We deal with 12 of the most intense patients at all times.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Alliance:
Pros: When we are able to make an improvement in one’s life.
Cons: Very stressful dealing with 12 patients who are 1:1 individuals, very sad seeing how life ends in your last days.
Great workplace.
Patient Registration Clerk in Carrollton:
Pros: Flexibility to work remotely with very little supervision because they trust us.
Cons: Not applicable.
Medical Laboratory Scientist in Canton:
Pros: Aultman Hospital is just the right size. It’s not a mega-hospital, but is large enough to have some new technology.
Cons: Lab Technologists are underrated with respect to their role as health care professionals. Others don’t understand just how much of a doc’s diagnosis is based on lab results, as well as radiology, etc. Microbiologists’ results even inform docs which meds to use to cure an infection. We provide a large piece of the puzzle that docs solve to diagnose and treat patients.
Practice Manager:
Aultman Hospital is a wonderful place to work. Very competitive pay and great benefits. I have been employed with this organization for 17 years and it’s the best move I ever made. I recommend Aultman to everyone looking for advancement or just looking for a positive change.
