Atrium Medical Center Reviews

What is it like working at Atrium Medical Center?

Company does not pay all employees appropriately.
Cardiac Sonographer in Dayton:
Pros: Close to home.
Cons: Unfair pay within the exact same job field. Employees at one hospital are being paid significantly more than employees in the same field in another hospital.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Avon:
It’s ran by a corporation that only comes in to critique instead of help. When they do come to help we are already drowning. They increased the pay for RNs and STNAS but not LPNS. Overall the pay rate is poor for the very high skill intake we have. The place is in dire need of good help and good administration that understand there is more to a skilled nursing than Covid testing and paperwork.
