Cons: Corporate/all about numbers mentality, encourage your clinic to be a patient mill, unrealistic expectations of providing great care and the “blue carpet experience” while also wanting you to see a ridiculous amount of patients, upper management, no paid sick days and they force you to use PTO if you do get sick, underpay all of their employees, constantly add small redundant trivial tasks to your job, poor mentorship

Cons: Overuse of aides for every little task by therapists, underpaid wages considering job tasks and level of education, expectations to know and perform tasks therapists remain oblivious to, performing tasks out of scope of job duties

Cons: Documentation as in every job- takes away from patient care and/or home life to be able to complete it
