Ascensus, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Ascensus, Inc.?
Mostly good.
Retirement Plan Specialist in Houston:
Pros: I appreciate that there is no micromanagement in my department. Trust means a lot and ultimately enables me to get more work done. Everyone is pretty kind for the most part, which I also am grateful for.
Cons: I feel like there is not much direction here. Training is lacking, but if you reach out to address that, then it just falls upon deaf ears. I am also underpaid, and that is a serious headache.
Challenging but Rewarding.
Operations Manager in Brainerd:
Pros: Being challenged and viewed as a solid resource in several areas.
Cons: Not being valued by my current leader and past leader.
Flexible Position yet Stress Environment.
Recruiting Specialist in Dresher:
Pros: My coworkers
Cons: Middle Management
Contract Negotiator:
Ascensus gives me flexibility to work remote 2 days a week and from home when the weather is bad. I feel I am paid relatively well for my position but there isn’t any path for advancement within the company for my particular set of skills.
