Communication Breakdown Detrimental to Registered Nurse Job Satisfaction.
Primary Care Registered Nurse (RN) in Freeport:
Pros: It is Faith based organization
Cons: Poor employer employee communication
Penalized for years of service.

Pros: That i can so my job on my own without supervision standing over me
Cons: I do not not get compensated fairly
Responsibility and compensation and not justifiable.
