Not good.
Operations Supervisor in St. Clairsville:
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Location no outside breaks not allowed to leave property stuck inside for at least 14 hrs
I love helping others but I am not respected as an equal.

Cons: No differentiation in pay for performance despite what is communicated. Too slow of a development timeline for high performers so turnover hits the wrong people. Bad pay practices for average worker and excessive executive pay.

Cons: They make it impossible to make Star Sales Club, yet they are still receiving all the revenue, we bring in.

Cons: the turn over rate is terrible due to low pay and lack of training
