Pros: Helping the kids to communicate, learn, speak, verbalize what they want. I love to see the kids faces when they finally 'get it'!
Cons: Lack of communication between administrators and staff. Not feeling appreciated from administrators. Working hard, being reliable, helping out others, doing what I'm asked and still not making much more than those just starting, after 20 years.
