Pros: The patients and the opportunity to utilize my clinical skills regularly.
Cons: The EMR is a pain-there are always problems with the system; the new patient notification system utilizing text message appt confirmations-the patients complain about it daily-they are unable to complete the registration tasks it prompts them to complete via the text-it doesn't work; too many support positions within management leads to much confusion and toi little problem resolution..far too many "cooks in the kitchen"
Feels like your Cinderella and your working for an evil step mother and evil step sisters.
