Gr8 n wonderful..there is lot to learn..
Data Analyst in Dubai:
Pros: Systematic and high profile n well built softwares with co existence n social nature of job culture..
Cons: Team leaders
Worst place to work.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Bangalore:
Pros: Management is approachable but takes zero action, but they are friendly.
Cons: You're under paid and you'll need to beg for leaves.
Creative Director in Boston:
Terrible leadership. From the CEO on down. Micromanagement, bullying, no trust in employee expertise, constant layoffs and falling revenues due to bad decision making. The CEO makes over $7M a year in compensation while employees get no raises, no promotions and constant fear of being let go due to falling profits. Gender pay discrimination is the least of the issues. CEO and other C-suite currently in lawsuits for fraud.

Product Management Director:
Back in late 2012, Altisource opened their beachhead in Boston, calling it "Altisource Labs". It was to be a software innovation center, developing state-of-the-art software for the mortgage banking industry. They hired a bunch of smart start-up veterans, used a modern tech stack and tooling, and incentivised them all with market-level pay plus some pseudo-equity grants, with the idea that the software businesses would eventually spin out from the mothership. Altisource was investing a LOT in this radical idea. Fast forward a few years, corporate revenue tanks due to regulatory issues with their one main paying customer, and Altisource decides that building a software company out of nothing takes too long, and eventually lays of the majority of the staff, in a painfull, incremental process of multiple small layoffs spread over ~ 2 years. A grand experiment failed miserably.
