Cons: policy, feeling taken advantage of, im loss prevention expected to act as a door guard.
I like the location and the guards under me, but it's hard to get feedback or any communication from my direct supervisor and/or the needed staff for my position.

Cons: the management. As Stated, there is a huge lack of communication and I feel that we are abandoned in a lot of cases.
