Pros: There are many unique challenges related to the geography, cultures, and changeover that I find very enjoyable. My team and leadership inspire me to do my best, and encourage me when stumble. There is no place I would rather work.
Cons: We are supposed to be on a pay-for-performance scale, but I do not think that it is fairly utilized, though it might be to keep a pleasant atmosphere.
