Alamo Drafthouse Reviews
What is it like working at Alamo Drafthouse?
Hopefully the new company will treat their team better.
Front of House Manager in Denver:
Pros: I want to love it, which is more than I can say for many jobs. I loved the movies, I loved my coworkers, my employees, and even my direct managers. It can be stressful, and it can even be dangerous, but it is better than most jobs.
Cons: If only the company paid the employees fairly. If you are not in a tipped position, you cannot expect a good wage. I have seen the company stubbornly refuse a fair bonus or raise, just to be dragged into court time and time again and forced to pay out anyway.
Easy, Hard, Stressful, and Relaxed.
Food Runner in New Braunfels:
Pros: The people I work with
Cons: The lack of help
The Embodiment of Professional Dreams.
Creative Director in Springfield:
Pros: Being treated equally and fairly
Cons: Juggling so many tasks
