Airtech Reviews
What is it like working at Airtech?
A fast paced learning experience with lots of freedom.
Mechanical Engineer in Rutherford:
Pros: Every engineer at Airtech is treated as their own unit, and is responsible for completing all of the tasks related to their department and projects. There is almost nothing to get in the way of your progress. Each engineer handles their own inventory, purchasing, and production schedule, while cooperating with the rest of the company for shared recourses and equipment.
Cons: The management has a hard time spending money when it comes to personnel. Employees are underpaid, and receive little training. The company has little problem buying the best capital equipment or making purchases, but employee compensation is low on their list.
Stressful and in appreciated.
Director of Operations in Alexandria:
Pros: Being around aircraft
Cons: Upper management
