Pros: The ability to provide mental health and substance abuse treatment services to the population, with strong emphasis on providing free services and options. Working for non-profit in healthcare is a must for me, and the company itself has values and a mission that I completely aligned with. Also, management is present and finds it valuable to build relationships with all staff.
Cons: I only get to see clients for detox, and not throughout recovery at a larger spectrum.
