Aeropostale Incorporated Reviews

What is it like working at Aeropostale Incorporated?

It’s pretty basic, I feel as if I should get paid more for all I do. I do much more than just be cashier and I only get like 200 a week.
Cashier in Denver:
Pros: They are very flexible with scheduling
Cons: The pay, once again I feel it’s too little.
Stressful but satisfying.
Sales Associate in Louisville:
Pros: I can relate to people and help them find a style they’re comfortable with.
Cons: The management.
Great company to grow with.
Retail Store Assistant Manager:
Pros: As a company they are forever evolving and changing and adapting to change never settling for just anything. Respect integrity compassion are the staples of the company.
Cons: Sometimes we are given a lot all at one time.
Sales Associate:
Pros: Good experience working with customers.
Cons: I do not get enough hours. Am not always treated fairly.
My job.
Retail Store Assistant Manager:
Pros: The culture and the people I work with.
Cons: Quality of life and fairness when doing schedules.
Retail Store Assistant Manager:
Pros: Flexible.
Cons: Working weekends and holidays.
Underpaid Employer With Three Years Of Experience.
Sales Associate:
Cons: Aeropostale under pays the employees. They abuse the fact that they hire teenagers in order to not pay more than sufficient. They don't give any benefits just because we are "just kids" through their eyes. Although they have teenagers with experience such as myself they still under pay. I've been in retail for three years and I'm paid eight dollars an hour with not even 15 hours a week.
