Advocate Medical Group Reviews

What is it like working at Advocate Medical Group?

Over Worked and Under Paid.
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant in Chicago:
Pros: I love that I am a reliable source of information for my patients and team. I love teaching and molding new hires and being a part of managing my patients needs and making a difference in their lives. I am encouraged to seek more opportunities for growth and development
Cons: I feel like I am not paid adequately for the amount of work I do currently and the extra amount of work I take on from helping with some managerial tasks and staying late.
Stressful.
Distribution Supervisor in Chicago:
Pros: $401K and retirement program
Cons: Stress and resistant to change
Registered Nurse (RN):
When I first started there u had such an awesome manager. When she left things went downhill. Horrible management. Micromanaging. Poor staffing. And unit based goal annual raises. Which leads to inadequate compensation when my raise is dictated by every person on the unit.
