Adjusters International Reviews
What is it like working at Adjusters International?
Connected, but Not.
Project Manager, (Unspecified Type / General) in East Amherst:
Pros: I love the work I do in disaster recovery. I did this at FEMA and enjoy being able to help my own community recover from COVID 19 - and work from home.
Cons: I feel invisible. The person who is identified as my supervisor, will not communicate with me unless there is an issue on the company side. They seem like nice people in a growing company (we do have monthly corporate meetings where I see the management) but they talk at you instead of seeking your feedback - especially when working remote.
