Pros: For the most part it is a pretty relaxed atmosphere working here.
Cons: Little or no consistency in management. It's like they are throwing a noodle against the wall and see if it sticks. They don't utilize their employees knowledge and experience for the better of the company. Too many people wear too many hats. Too many people advance that don't have experience in the area they advance in leaving the people below them having to do more work to make up for the lack of experience.
