Abercrombie & Fitch Co Reviews

What is it like working at Abercrombie & Fitch Co?

One of the best jobs I've had, planning to be here for a long time.
Retail Store Assistant Manager in San Diego:
Pros: The people and the operational organization. Clear cut goals and directives to engage the entire team.
Cons: It can be quite stressful during the holiday season.
The company values no one.
Retail Store Manager:
Pros: The people are work with are mostly enjoyable.
Cons: Underpaid, overworked. They change their minds constantly. They expect so much, but give nothing in return.
Under Appreciated And High Expectations.
Retail Store Manager:
Pros: The training. The resources. A lot of time is spent giving the most information possible to do a great job.
Cons: The dress code, the unreasonably high standards, the fact that they don't seem to care about the individual. They expect so much. They only hire people if they are good-looking. Stress level. Perks.
