AMC Theatres, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at AMC Theatres, Inc.?

Walking a thin line.
Crew Leader in Mobile:
Pros: The steady flow of customers is usually enough to keep me and my coworkers on our feet, and it's a relatively easy position.
Cons: One of my supervisors, while they're relatively good at basic physical work and balancing employee assignments, their attitude and overall way of handling discipline is horrible for employee morale.
Not worth selling ur soul to China.
Theater Manager in Fort Lauderdale:
Pros: People that come to theaters
Cons: corporate nonsense and biases that favor whites only
Dream high school job.
Marketing Supervisor in Springfield:
Pros: The crew and benefits
Cons: Some of the guests
AMC Theatres Manager Outlook.
Retail Manager in Billerica:
Pros: AMC theatres creates a super fun environment and allows managers to have responsibility and oppurtunity to move up. AMC theatres also values feedback and is consistently trying new things.
Cons: Working for the market. A sacrifice of being a manager is that you have to be okay with being transferred to different locations that are nearby if need be.
