Pros: As long as you’re doing your job right and following the rules they give you a lot of freedom on how to run each store independently
Cons: Not enough employees, having to work longer hours with no help and difficult scheduling vacation since we have no coverage. No authority to actually reprimand other associates even though you are the manager. Lots of stress on meeting/exceeding sales goals each month no matter if you’re working alone on busiest days
