24 Hour Fitness Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at 24 Hour Fitness Inc.?

At first it was great, I got my foot in the door, but since covid I felt like a number, and not like an individual. I take pride in my career and to see how the company handled letting go of employees made me feel insignificant.
Personal Trainer in Moreno Valley:
Pros: The access to equipment and the family that I used to have before covid. My life is fitness and this is where I had my start
Cons: trainers are not payed fair. We must get certifications and degrees and yet we were payed less than some sales team. We didn't have full control of our business
Personal Trainer in McKinney:
Pros: Flexible hours, free gym membership and discounted prices,
Cons: Unstable Pay, certain months are slow so management will cut hours, management ignores you if you are moving and treats you like an outsider.
Long days.
Fitness Manager in Pleasanton:
Pros: relaxed dress attire
Cons: long hours and crazy expectations
Unfair pay.
Club General Manager in New York:
Pros: The people
Cons: The managers favor certain people. Those who are not favor despite performance and hard work get no compensation or promotion
