What is it like working at 24 Hour Fitness Inc.?
At first it was great, I got my foot in the door, but since covid I felt like a number, and not like an individual. I take pride in my career and to see how the company handled letting go of employees made me feel insignificant.

Pros: The access to equipment and the family that I used to have before covid. My life is fitness and this is where I had my start
Cons: trainers are not payed fair. We must get certifications and degrees and yet we were payed less than some sales team. We didn't have full control of our business

Cons: Unstable Pay, certain months are slow so management will cut hours, management ignores you if you are moving and treats you like an outsider.
Long days.
