Great placed to work.
Manufacturing Engineer in Rockford:
Pros: Challenging, interesting, the technology, people, diversity love working with all the people from different cultures, programs from aerospace, defense, and space keep coming and we are always busy.
Cons: the company is getting to big. Some managers are not even on location. You could be working for someone that is across the country, HR hiring is slow and not very friendly right now and most of HR is not working very well in my opinion.
