Health and Safety Manager:
My experience at this company has not been a good one. They pay far below the national and local average for the position and for the qualifications required for the role that I hold. The company / my role has also expanded from 4 to 11 sites that my role is responsible for, However, they have not appropriately reviewed wage scale in consideration of these facts and will not provide any documentation to quantify the current scale or why they will not now review it.
