Pros: Flexibility and opportunity to learn new subject matters within our software
Cons: Uncertainty in directions available for promotion pipeline

Pros: The fact I get to be involved in a lot of different projects that have a global impact.
Cons: A lot of people to manage
Great People, but restricted means to make change/optimizations with tools, process, or Support operations.
Technical Support Manager in Seattle:
Pros: Support Members are genuinely concerned with helping customers.
Cons: Management (mid-level, Director, VP). Out of touch with the product, the people, and the processes. Rigid Hierarchy with 1 way communications. Only KPI focus is on CAPEX Cost Center. Other KPI's are window dressing that lead to no action.
Growing pains.
Computer Software Engineer, Systems Software in Kirkland:
Pros: Management is understanding and allows for flexible work schedule and opportunities for learning and growth.
Cons: Development on our product can be painful and slow. We are pushing to be more on the SAS side of things, but have some heavy burdens from our boxed product. I see us trying to improve, but it's a slow and painful process forcing you to spend a good deal of time learning the ins and outs of a process you hope to never have to deal with again ever.
Company is great but current work doesn’t correspond to what I was hired for.
