T-Mobile on a national level is the BEST place to work. However, markets in the south seems to bide by that good ole boy network mentality. Hard work, dedication, skills and knowledge doesn't count for anything. Who you are, who you know, and your race dictates whether you're hired, promoted, paid fairly, and recognized.
