Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had as an employee. The leadership is non existent and the Project Manager is condescending, rude, and unprofessional. There is terrible atmosphere due to favoritisms of the Project Manager. What shock me the most was the complete absence of personal integrity from the district manager. They had a contest for employers on Facebook to see who could get the most likes. He included himself in this contest for his own ego. Just couldn’t stand to work for such a self loathing human being. Absolutely do not recommend to work for this company. I remember a time that the PM told me she couldn’t believe that I was claiming mileage. This is just a terrible place to work. Laredo Texas Workforce Solutions.
