Friendly employees, team work with all, respectfully every one including our manger gives a hand on out to help each other get putlr jobs done.

Pros: Team work amount all the employees that gives it. Respectfulness of employees, and working together as a team and honesty along with trustworthy.
Cons: Need more time to stuff done,need more certain kind of employees but it seems like when someone wants this job they just come one day and then no more. We are needing help and new people that stay here and help us out with these rooms and get to know our employees.
It is a decent job.

Pros: One thing I like Ramada most is that they give me the opportunity to grow. I was hired as a housekeeping attendant and then they give me a chance to undergo training in telephone operator which I got promoted and then, later on, I was moved to reception.
Cons: Interaction direct with customer, guest & resolve their problems & make them feel like home
