It's better than I ever imagined.

Pros: I feel seen and respected at Morgan Sindall. The company has a friendly atmosphere and the people who work there are (for the most part) incredibly dedicated, driven and talented. Throughout my training I found there were always opportunities to learn new things and ask questions. I have felt supported by all departments in the cases where I have looked for additional help or learning. I genuinely feel that Morgan Sindall is an incredible place to be and I'm lucky to be part of it.
Cons: I honestly can't put anything in here that would provide a fair reflection on the company. I've come across a few bad apples in my time at MS but it really is the exception to the rule and an individual issue that can't really be blamed on the business.
