It is working multiple positions at once. It can be a lot of work.
Marketing Coordinator in Johannesburg:
Pros: The culture and the atmosphere at the office. It is always positive
Cons: The work can be too much at times
Fulfilling.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselor in Centurion:
Pros: The EAP department operates under the holistic view of wellness, looking at what each person can offer and placing them in positions that brings out their best and sets them up for success
Cons: The size of the company makes addressing larger issues a hassle due to all the middle men. Employees are paid the minimum and there are no options for earning overtime.

Business Development Manager in Chicago:
Pros: Company culture is Awesome and the people I work with are great , hard-working individuals. If it wasn't for them, I'm not sure I would still be there.
Cons: Transparency with superior managers. Sometimes your goals aren't recognized compared to other employees. Definitely some favoritism.
Wear many many many hats and Manage the Business.

Cons: Only woman there
Actuarial Analyst:
Excellent remuneration and excellent working hours. Dress code is casual as well. Maybe downfall is that bonuses weren't known in advance.... Highly transformed in lower roles but needs transformation in higher management...
