Maximus, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Maximus, Inc.?

Worst Job! A Nightmare! Supervisors, HR doesn’t care!
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Tempe:
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Human Resource department, Supervisor, Other departments that suppose to help but don’t. Disrespectful people
Unappreciated.
Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Bogalusa:
Pros: Not much to like
Cons: we are modern say slaves , who had their health coverage gutted and can't opt out bc they don't consider Medicaid qualifying so a quarter of my wages is going to healthcare. We are taxed like the poor considering the wealthy aren't taxed. And we are fired if we miss more than 64 hours a yr. They want you to verify needing accommodations every 6 months like epilsy is curible.
Good pay, good benefits.
Support Technician, Information Technology (IT) in Hampton:
Pros: Good pay, good benefits
Cons: Poor management. They demand too much from each employee.
Depends.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Pharr:
Pros: It depends on what project you are assigned to. For the most part it is a poor experience.
Cons: Helping people.
Training, Escalated Calls. Easy Job.
Customer Service Team Leader in Irving:
Pros: Benefis, Government paid holidays, ops Mgr, Helping employee’s with questions, escalated calls, giving feedback to improve processes of workflow to make csrs jobs more efficient.
Cons: To many relatives working there, only get 30 minute lunch
Training & Development Manager in Victoria:
This company is going through alot change in an effort to catch up with a decade of stagnation. While change can be good, it seems reactive at Maximus. Too many management layers who are not held accountable for performance; not a flat army. Pay is not competitive.
A lot of work, a lot of responsibilities, great experience, extremely little money.
Case Management Supervisor in New York:
Pros: Constant learning and growth
Cons: Salary
