Cut backs are a no if they wish to deliver the customers service and delivery to expectation s they need to look at workforce abity and the area I. General and the pay the offer for the work that's needed within that site and the piticular business needs and demands
Cons: The pressure that I'm not delivering what's needed! Disappointment in deliveries and resources, not enough staff on shift! No balance. Not keeti g expectations!
