MITIE Property Services Reviews
What is it like working at MITIE Property Services?
Office Administrator in Manchester:
Pros: I like that I am treated with at least some respect and I'm not constantly monitored 24/7. I feel responsible for my own work and I dont have anyone hovering over my shoulder telling me what to do, or any arbitrary KPI's, yet when my contract does well, I know it because I've done a good job.
Cons: The pay isn't fantastic.
Great environment, lacks communication, lack of pay rise.
Security Officer in Portsmouth:
Pros: The people in the shop I work at.
Cons: The lack of communication and understanding of needs
Facilities Assistant:
Very good company to work for, communication couid sometimes be better, but as a whole a flexible company to meet your needs, training and online learning to keep you busy and knowledgeable. Pay doesn't really match the job role I did but I enjoyed the job.

Electrician:
Pros: great range of work , good colleagues, company van, access equipment, store discounts, pension plan, shares and savings
