Pros: Work from home
Cons: Projects put on me by my manager's manager and the walking on egg shells whenever a VIP (director) needs something. Too many bosses. One says "do it this way" then someone else says "why did you do it that way?" No real hierarchy for leadership. Can't bark up the chain when there are 5 different chains.
