CenturyLink Reviews

What is it like working at CenturyLink?

Information Security Engineer:
I enjoyed the work at the place but after being there for a few years there were no opportunities to grow with the company and no room for advancement. Management took away positions or roles went on a freeze because of a merger. Overall the people were good to work with but I would not want to be here long term.
It is extremely busy, lot's to do.
Senior Manager, Product Management in Denver:
Pros: The ability to make decisions as needed
Cons: the pay
Account Manager:
The merger of two outdated companies has lead to a mess of systems and a dearth of operational knowledge. While the company has realized a desperate need to simplify its processes and operations giving a light at the end of the tunnel, current situations are poor and culture is suffering accordingly.
Unsatisfactory.
Operations Technician in Littleton:
Pros: I can have my mini fridge at my desk
Cons: Micro management, lack of communication from higher, low pay
