Central Co-op Reviews
What is it like working at Central Co-op?
Low moral.
Florist in Birmingham:
Pros: My work
Cons: Bullying by other employees
Duty Manager:
I worked at the Southern Co-Op ( pretty much the same ) for 6 months. I was 18 years old and a duty manager. The people I worked with were great and friendly and got along with what was said. Pay was not amazing however for what we had to do, security was a big big issue and being threatened and having to deal with the police wasn’t in my job description... However we all got through it, it’s a good experience and they are a kind company but make sure you notice that from the start. If they aren’t nice then leave,
