Pros: I like my current team because my current manager doesn't play that much favoritism on the team. I feel i'm given more opportunities to shine. I feel more motivated to be in the team. In my previous team, however my old manager explicitly showed favoritism toward people she liked.
Cons: Just like other big firms, there are a lot of communication overheads. It takes longer to get things done here when you depend on other teams.
