Cons: management is in the buddy with each other.
Depends on what job your doing.

Cons: Management not telling the truth about things and still awaiting for a G4S Company Uniform to wear a year on with them very poor.
Repetitive.

Pros: Make decisions, set positive examples, being a leader
Cons: Management of schedule covering shifts, finding experienced gaurds, not enough interaction with others, hours, poor weather at times, confrontational public
It pays the bills.

Cons: They pay too low, they don't care about thier own employees. Turn over is horrible and extremely high, l question how can they stay in business with barely keeping a person for more then one month?
It's a job, but........

Cons: They are cheap and do not stick up for their own employees.
