What is it like working at G4S Security Services?

You get ping pong around about job advancement and pushed out of the opportunity for supervisor possession.been with the company 3 years but I have 10 year with same empolyer.
Security Officer in Des Moines:
Pros: the people I work with.
Cons: management is in the buddy with each other.
Depends on what job your doing.
Security Officer in Plymouth:
Pros: You meet all walks of life of different people.
Cons: Management not telling the truth about things and still awaiting for a G4S Company Uniform to wear a year on with them very poor.
Repetitive.
Security Supervisor in Irvine:
Pros: Make decisions, set positive examples, being a leader
Cons: Management of schedule covering shifts, finding experienced gaurds, not enough interaction with others, hours, poor weather at times, confrontational public
It pays the bills.
Security Officer Armed in Colorado Springs:
Pros: They try to work with you when time off is needed.
Cons: Management does not always have the employee best interest at hand.
Lack of Management.

Cons: Supervisors, manager, office staff and he.
Pay is too low.

Pros: They pay weekly, for the most part they don't mess up the checks.
Cons: They pay too low, they don't care about thier own employees. Turn over is horrible and extremely high, l question how can they stay in business with barely keeping a person for more then one month?
It's a job, but........
Security Guard:
Pros: It is good for getting a job or a paycheck if you need one.
Cons: They are cheap and do not stick up for their own employees.
