What is it like working at Takeda Pharmaceuticals?

Not the best place, but good enough.
Quality Control Analyst in Los Angeles:
Pros: Once in a while we get rewarded with fun events and activities.
Cons: A lot of busywork is unnecessary most of the time. Expectations are high but compensation is often low. The workplace is disorganized and everyone wants to do things differently and in their own way. People are often superstitious when it comes to doing their job.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator in Cambridge:
The greatest and most admirable company that I have ever had the pleasure of working for. I hope to retire from Takeda. This is a company that values integrity first and knows how to treat its employees. They understand that treating your employees will intern cause your employees to treat your customers the same way.
The company has poor communication to employees at my level, we are often left out of the loop and confused.
Senior Manufacturing Technician in Covington:
Pros: My vacation time and bonus.
Cons: Feeling unappreciated and overworked compared to other employees on my shift or in my area.
Challenging.
Quality Control (QC) Technician in Everett:
Pros: Challenging, mostly with time management. Sometimes more job load, than your working hours. or maybe it's just how my work ethics
Cons: just more work load, than the job description itself, not given an opportunity to learn more
