Cons: The managements continued abuse of the pilot group. Total pilot remuneration not above 40% of pre-Covid levels while management and all other company employees are now back on pre-Covid remuneration. Also all pilot benefits still frozen. Most FOs need secondary jobs in order to survive.
Not so glamorous airline industry.

Pros: The mix of cultures throughout the ramp staff makes it a fun workplace but also very challenging at times.
Cons: The lack of improvement by the company is a constant source of frustration. Management are too prepared to repeat the same mistakes on a regular basis
