What is it like working at IBM Global Services?

Good experience.
Software Test Lead:
Pros: The flexibilty , work culture.
Cons: They dont pay as per the it standards.
Where am I?
Senior SAP Consultant:
Pros: Flexibility, environment , comfort.
Cons: Annual hike.
Flexible Managers company.
Application Developer:
Pros: Work Flexible. Good Culture ( varies from project to project )
Cons: Low Pay. Favourism works well.
IBM GS - overall a good place to work.
Program Manager, IT:
Pros: Knowledge base. I work with some amazing people, and there is a plethora of resources. Opportunities. If you want to move within the company, there are plenty of opportunities.
Cons: Easy to get overwhelmed. The company will take full advantage of you.
Information Technology (IT) Consultant:
Pros: Excellent retail client exposure, strong knowledge in supply chain business process. Leadership program experience.
Cons: Tough to find projects. On bench most of the time.
Work flexibility.
Managing Consultant:
Pros: Work culture, work form home, 401k match,
Cons: Travelling, less face to face interactions, less oppurtunity to grow.
Work Flexibility.
Technical Project Manager:
Pros: Good to be identified as an IBMer and the liberty IBM gives to work and making decisions.
Cons: No comments on this as I do not have any issues except the pay.
