Typical corporate hellhole.

Pros: On average, smart people and opportunity to grow for those willing to put in the work
Cons: Clueless senior management, straightforward lies on townhalls, unclear pay and promotion structure. Outside hires have better budget, you can work your head off and if you don't shout about your successes nobody will notice
Best project to learn.

Perform testing to ensure process with control in place.
