Marriott International, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Marriott International, Inc.?

Extremely to much work. To many floors for 1 houseman. Everything doesn't work properly. No one cares as long as no one knows attitude.
Houseman in Atlanta:
Pros: The outside business, as a guest of the hotel.
Cons: The non-caring attitudes, the way the new director only cares about eliminating high payroll by cutting back on hourly workers hours.
Operations Manager:
Marriott is very supportive of career goals and always look to promote from within, however it's easy to get stuck in a position because it's hard to fill. Compensation isn't as high as it should be, but that's all hospitality. The benefits can't be beat.
Great as a start.
Cost Controller in Dubai:
Pros: Employee benefits
Cons: Salary and growth
Good company.
Housekeeping Manager in Houston:
Pros: The customer service
Cons: The managment

Cons: Nothing is bad because I love making people happy.
Fun.
